PRANAYAMA SESSIONS IN THE PARK
weekly during the summer
Start the day with a good dose of oxygen!
During the summer months we will be in the Euromastpark breathing in fresh air with controlled breathing exercises.
* What is Pranayama: it is the formal practice of controlling the breath. "When the Breath is unsteady, the mind is unsteady, but when the Breath is still, so is the mind."
* What are the benefits of Pranayama: According to yogis, the breath is food for the brain, it is the vital force (prana). Applying breathing techniques could have positive effects on your mood, improve stress/tension, amongst others. Practicing pranayama everyday can assist in steady mind, strong will power and sound judgement.
