- APPROACH - 

During my coaching sessions, you’ll learn about how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you. My job is to mirror and trigger you towards your own insights. I'll give you the tools and techniques that support you in reaching your desired objectives. We'll follow a full-spectrum approach, including physical, emotional/mental and spiritual aspects.

To sum it up, it is a fun and rewarding process to go on an inward journey with supporting guidance from an objective person, who foremost wishes your success.

- SESSIONS - 

After several sessions, mostly 3-12 depending on your 'question',

you will become well-versed at handling the challenge you came to me for.

- LANGUAGE - 

We can do the sessions in Dutch, German or English.
